HOWEARTH PSYCHOLOGY, ST KILDA

Here to help.

Howearth Psychology is taking new clients with no wait-list

We all have troubles from time to time, and they can impact on our mental health. Howearth Psychology is here to help. Together we’ll work to reduce the impact of your difficulties and help you experience a better life.

Howearth Psychology acknowledge the Boonwurrung people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional Owners of the lands on which we meet, and the Yaluk-ut Weelam clan of the St Kilda area, and we pay respects to their Elders, past and present and emerging. We thank them for sharing the land in which we live and work.

Howearth Psychology

We’re a private psychological practice based in St Kilda. We’re here to help clients along their journey towards improved mental health and the experience of a better life.

Howearth Psychology sees people of all ages who experience social, emotional, cognitive or behavioural difficulties to help them achieve a sense of value and contentment in their lives.

Howearth Psychology treats general mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss), LGBTIQA+ concerns, eating disorders and provides cognitive assessments. We work with people who have experienced family violence, those who are neurodivergent (ADHD/ASD/Learning Differences), and people from the LGBTIQA+ and other marginalised communities. Howearth Psychology provides services to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.

Howearth Psychology uses cognitive behavioural therapy, and also draws techniques from acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, metacognitive therapy and mindfulness to help people on their path to improved mental health.
